Dr. Mariam Soliman brings over 14 years of clinical and academic experience in endodontics to Drexel Hill Endodontics, where she is committed to delivering the highest level of patient-centered care. Her professional approach combines precision, compassion, and evidence-based practice to ensure optimal outcomes for every patient.
Dr. Soliman earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Cairo University, followed by a General Practice Residency at the University of Minnesota. She then pursued both her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and advanced specialty training in Endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania, one of the most distinguished programs in the field.
With a clinical philosophy focused on relieving pain, preserving natural dentition, and restoring patient comfort, Dr. Soliman is recognized for her calm demeanor and meticulous technique. Her expertise includes complex root canal retreatments, apicoectomy surgeries, and microsurgical endodontic procedures. She emphasizes comprehensive diagnosis, clear communication, and a patient experience defined by trust and reassurance.
In addition to her private practice, Dr. Soliman has served for more than 13 years as an Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she mentors residents and contributes to advancing endodontic education and research. She is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) and remains dedicated to continuing education and clinical innovation.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Soliman enjoys literature, meditation, and international travel. A unique aspect of her background—she was once accepted into a professional ballet program—reflects the same discipline, precision, and artistry that she brings to her clinical practice.
